Full priced items: Items sold at regular retail price may be returned for a refund or store credit valid for 12 months.
If goods are picked up the customer is required to bring item/items back to our store.
If items were delivered locally by our Local Delivery service, we will collect items.
If you received the item/items delivered by Toll, it it’s up to the customer to return goods at there cost to our warehouse in Acacia Ridge.
Sale items: Sale or discounted items are non-returnable.
Gift Cards/Store Credits: Gift cards and Store Credits are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
If you change your mind regarding style, colour or size we do not offer refunds or credits on these products.
To get started simply follow the steps below and we’ll have you sorted in no time.
1. Obtain an RA (return authorisation) number by calling Bambino Home on 0449684110 or emailing us here firstname.lastname@example.org, or grabbing us on Live Chat online at www.bambinohome.com.au
2. Complete the returns form sent along with a copy of you receipt with Date of Purchase and items.
The item(s) must be unused, unassembled, in original condition and its original packaging with all protective packaging.
3. All boxes must be able to be re used and in good condition on return. Your item/items will be inspected and assessed on return in conjunction with the RA.
4. Please return to us using a freight company due to size of goods or courier service as Bambino Home is not liable for the loss of the item being returned. Goods must be in received to us in useable order unless item has already been damaged previously in transit
Once received by Bambino Home please allow 3-10 working days for your RA to be processed to to assess whether a refund or store credit will be approved for processing.
