Delivery Information

Bambino Home can arrange delivery Australia wide.
If Bambino Home arranges the delivery we accept responsibility for:
i. Arranging delivery
ii. Any damages that occur in transit up to the value of $300. ( indsurance included in you delivery fee, we must be notified with 24hrs of receiving goods to claim insurance  )


Attached to one or more of the cartons  will be a note with the following….”please check all cartons within 24hrs of receiving goods for damages or missing hardware and parts.  Even if you are not assembling straight away. Failure to notify us within 24 hours of receiving your goods may result in extra charges.”
Bambino Home needs a authority to leave by the customer, so the goods can be left if no one is home. If no authority to leave is given goods will be left at the front door. If for some reason goods are not left and a redelivery need to be done, fees will apply.

Bambino Home requires all customers to CHECK items of furniture for damage BEFORE signing the Delivery Docket.
Once the Delivery Docket is signed, the customer has acknowledged that the goods have been received in good condition and has accepted the goods in that condition. It is therefore Important to check the items thoroughly before signing. Buying flat packed furniture from another state is a risk, damage may occur during transportation which is our of Bambino Homes hands. We do add extra packing to all our interstate deliveries if dispatched from our warehouse in Brisbane.

On occasions we will dispatch directly from our supplier to our interstate customers to save on time and double handling, unfortunately extra packing can’t be applied to the cartons on these circumstances. Insurance is applied to all our deliveries, T and C’s apply, please contact us for more information
If any item has been damaged, or has not been received or the item is incorrect, DO NOT accept the delivery or sign the Delivery Docket for the relevant item(s). If an item is damaged, it must be placed back on the truck and returned to Bambino Home. Please call our shop on 0449684110 to advise of the damage and the action that has been taken (i.e. item has been placed back on the truck).

Any damaged items will be replaced by Bambino Home as soon as possible if notified with 24hrs of receiving goods. The item(s) will be repaired/ replaced at the discretion of Bambino Home. The customer will be advised on a new delivery time for the item(s) once they are ready for dispatch.

Freight is quoted based on delivery to ground level and a short distance from the unloading area only. PLEASE ADVISE if there are stairs or access is difficult, or if individual cartons weighs over 30kg, the freight carrier may charge a Tail Gate charge, fees of $55 or more may apply if this is the case, Bambino Home does not know if these fees will be changed until after delivery has occurred, we will contact you for payment if required. Extra charges may apply.

Bambino Home, Local delivery service only delivers to your front door or garage, we do not take furniture into your home or up stairs, as we are not covered by insurance if any damage occurs to your home or product.
Health and Safety dictates that carriers must not remove their shoes while carrying furniture. It is therefore, your responsibility to protect your floor. Two person delivery is minimum $99 charge.

Prior to delivery, ensure that all precious items and other objects that may impede delivery or could be damaged are removed.
